We have 100 staff including 20 engineers in Shanghai factory，most of which are the specialists in the area of refrigeration and machining.

Facility and History
The physical portion of STF's operation consists of about 3,000 square meters plant in Shanghai center, and another 10,000 square meters plant in Songjiang section of Shanghai, about 36 kilometers away from Shanghai center. These buildings are home to outstanding design, research/development, and manufacturing.
We introduced expansion valve production line of ALCO. Key employees were sent to head office ?of ALCO for training. With our own endeavors along the years, our expansion valves are now accurate, reliable, and with a good reputation among our customers. STF is the only manufacturer in China which is capable of blending injection to produce expansion valve.
STF has been steadily expanding its production and engineering facilities to provide quick and competent service to our many customers. We are ISO 9001 approved. In 2003, STF finished its transition from a state-owned company to a private company. With a new organizational structure and corporate management team, we are currently growing over 36% each year. Our annual sales exceeded RMB20 million in 2005.

Our products
Our products include: solenoid valve, expansion valve, sight glasses, pressure differential controller, and filter dryer etc.
The series of solenoid valve is developed on the base of absorbing advanced technology in the world. Its performance reaches or over the level of same product in the world. It features new design, good appearance, reliable performance and with good insulating, waterproof, damp-proof, anti-vibration, anti-acid and anti-alkali. They are widely used for refrigeration pneumatic and hydraulic system, ammonia, water supply system, fire control system, water spray system in dirty proofing, agricultural etc. We also have some special model of solenoid valve suit for steam system, fuel system and high pressure system etc.
Many series of thermostatic expansion valve are new design. They consulted the technology knowhow imported from ALCO and supply many kinds of charge method and suits for freezer, ice make, dehumidifier etc.
The series of moisture liquid indicator is fitted the pipe line of freezer or air conditioner system. The pressure difference controller is a safety device used for compressor. The series of temperature controller is a modern pressure control device and is widely used for the refrigerator, cold beverage machines, refrigerating storages, ice-cream machines etc. Filter dryer is a necessary filtering part in refrigerating system.

Our Customer
Carrier has been one of our most valued customers since 1995. We have provided Carrier strong backup on its way of components localization. Customized components have been produced for Carrier’s products, ranging from system to compressors, and from piston compressor to helical-lobe compressor. Carrier China and Carrier’s other international branches have become STF’s honest, biggest customer. York, McQuay, Dunham-Bush, etc. have all become our valued customers. Our high quality products are their first choice to replace imported components, to decrease cost, and to shorten delivery cycle.
